This newer 3 bedroom, year round cottage is ideally located just 15 minutes from Huntsville, and is ideal for snowmobiling - across the road from Tops Trail (old 101). The lot is elevated, with steps and a brick path down to the dock where the water is shallow and access is from a few steps built into the retaining wall, or from the dock itself. The waterfront is 105 feet and has a firm sandy bottom (there are a few weeds on one side), and the dock is about 16 feet long and at the end of which the water is about 4 feet deep. The cottage has a south east exposure so you will have sun on the dock until mid afternoon! At both the front and back of the cottage there is a grassed yard for the kids to play in, and the fire-pit is located on the grassed area overlooking the lake. The main floor features an open concept family room (warm knotty pine on the walls) and kitchen, with large windows providing fabulous views of the lake, and 2 of the bedrooms are on this level, the master having 2 windows facing the lake and a baby crib for the little one. The lower floor has one of the bedrooms and the unfinished recreation room has a spare double bed and patio walkout to a small stone patio and the BBQ. There is lots to do in the area, and food, gas etc. are just 5 minutes away in Novar, and Arrowhead Provincial Park is just 10 minutes away.

Just 15 minutes north and east of Huntsville, 10 minutes to Arrowhead Provincial Park, close to world class golfing, snowmobile trails, shopping and dining.

Waterfront:  Bay Lake.
