  • COTTAGESontheweb.com will not be held responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the owner.
  • The owner is responsible for ensuring that they are in order and good standing with local, municipal or provincial authorities in regards to short-term rentals (licenses, classification, etc.).
  • The owner is responsible for displaying the tourist license number if it is required by their city or province.
  • The owner recognizes that they are responsible for their own account.
  • The owner takes full responsibility for the information and photos displayed on COTTAGESontheweb.com.
  • The owner agrees not to publish information or photos that may be considered offensive. In such an event, COTTAGESontheweb.com reserves the right to remove the account without notice.
  • The owner is fully responsible for access to their account and the disclosure of their password to a third party.
  • The owner undertakes responsibility to respond to all inquiries left on the site by visitors for their listing. If the owner is unable to respond to inquiries for an extended period of time (over 7 days), they are requested to temporarily withdraw their listing during this time. The listing can be reinstated once they are newly available.
  • The owner agrees to keep their calendar up to date if they wish it to be displayed on their listing. If not, COTTAGESontheweb.com reserves the right to deactivate it.
  • COTTAGESontheweb.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund if one or several complaints were received.
  • COTTAGESontheweb.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund if a owner makes remarks or uses language considered abusive, insulting, injurious, offensive or with vulgar content in response to persons having contacted them through our site.
  • COTTAGESontheweb.com reserves the right to suspend an account and/or a listing without notice and without refund if there are misrepresentation or fraud by the owner.
  • COTTAGESontheweb.com reserves the right to suspend or withdraw an account or listing without refund if the owner has outstanding and/or unpaid invoices.
  • Listing photos should not contain any people or text (URL, logos, etc.).
  • The owner can send a request to COTTAGESontheweb.com by e-mail to withdraw their listing from the site. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE CANCELLATION OF A LISTING.
  • Ads can not be transferred to another account or another person.
  • A listing is intended to promote a single property. It is not allowed to advertise more than one property on a listing.
