Location: Lake Restoule, Ontario.

Completely surrounded by thousands of acres of Crown Land, this water-access property is minutes from landing and parking on an eleven mile long lake. Pickerel, bass, lake trout, pike, musky, etc. deer, moose and bear, it's all here.

The perfect one large or two family getaway sleeps 16 in beds. The main cottage is 23' X 33.6' fully insulated and finished with pine walls and floors, new cupboards and counter top, "Restoule Stone" wall and floor for wood stove. There is a 14' X 17' screened porch and a wrap-around deck on the balance on the cottage. There are three bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen combined with propane refrigerator and stove.

Bunkie was new in 2004 and is 12' X 20' with 4' X 12' screened porch. It is open-concept with vaulted ceilings, and sleeps 5 with its own running water, propane refrigerator, stove and furnace.

A grey water system is in place with running hot water shower and toilet. A new outhouse was built in 2005 all pine with ceramic floor.

Gentle slope to waters edge with seasonal sandy area.

150' Lake frontage with brand new seating/dock area - approximately 8'X 16'. Storage shed at waters edge - 10' X 16' with propane fridge.

Fully furnished except for personal items.

Both cottages totally wired and powered by solar with generator back up.  (Honda 3000EU "Quiet" Generator with New Solar Panel and batteries with 120 inverter system.)

NEGOTIABLE: Paddle boat, 14" aluminum boat with 9.9 Mercury, 2004 18' Legend All Sport with 115 Mercury.
