Charming 3 bedroom cottage for rent on Lac Gauvreau. The cottage is located only 30 minutes from Ottawa’s Byward market and minutes from historical Wakefield village. Due to its close proximity, many guests choose to stay the entire week and commute to work Monday to Friday.
Lac Gauvreau is located in the township of Masham, La Peche, Quebec. The touristic town of La Peche is located in the heart of the Gatineau Hills and Park region. Close to all amenities, their cottage offers visitors a heap of activities within close proximity, such as golfing, cave exploring, bungee jumping, zip lining, horseback riding, and a water park. Pick up your groceries and meat for the barbeque at a locally owned grocery and butcher shop, a town favourite only a 5 minute drive from the cottage.
The fully equipped cottage sleeps 6 adults comfortably and is ideal for 3 couples or an entire family. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third room has a set of twin bunk beds. The swimming is great with a choice of swimming from the sandy beach area, to jumping off the large cedar dock. The cottage is also equipped with a brand new front load LG washer and Dryer as well so there is no need to haul your laundry back and forth to town.
