The cottage is freshly decorated and has pine floors. Private hedged lot parking for 3-4 vehicles. Less than one hour from Toronto. Only 45 minutes to Canada's Wonderland. Shopping within walking distance. Local golf, summer theatre, and restaurants, great winter ice fishing.
Waterfront: Riverfront, good fishing off dock. Safe mooring with sun and shade. Beaches close by. Paddleboat available. River leads to Lake Simcoe. Bait shops, boat rentals, and marinas nearby.
