Appliances and furnishings: 1 colour television with Star Choice Satelite, DVD, VHS; 1 colour television with DVD player, Nintendo and games, movies; stereo inside cottage and a portable one for down at the water, pillows, comforters, blankets, 1 double bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, cordless phone, patio set on cottage deck, deck chairs down at the water along with shade tent and 2 picnic tables, barbeque and utensils, propane tanks, outside fire pit, fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, pots and pans (kitchen is fully loaded) wood stove in cottage, board games, canoe, kayak, various sizes of life jackets, safety eqipment for water crafts, deck on cottage over looking the lake and large deck down at the water with extending dock.
The cottage is located in a cove that has sunshine and shade all day. Kennisis Lake is a clear bottom lake with no weeds or zebra mussels. It is located near Haliburton Wildlife reserve with mountain biking, Wolf Center, Hiking, and The Walk In The Clouds Tour. Boat rentals are available at Kennisis Lake Marina which also allows boat launching. You are only 20 minutes to a large country store and L.C.B.O. in West Guilford. There is full shopping about 45 minutes away in Haliburton or Minden. Golf courses near by are Pine Stone and Lakeridge. The number of people staying should be confirmed upon booking.
Waterfront: 130 foot frontage 35 feet away.
