Appliances and furnishings:  fully equipped, 32" and a 36" satellite television (Starchoice included with movie channels), DVD, Nintendo Wii.  Linens, sheets, towels and blankets are provided.  There are two queen beds, two double beds and one single bed.

Sand beach and sunsets, fully furnished, 3,600 square foot, executive cottage is located on one acre of land and features a sand beach, breath-taking views and exceptional sunsets.  This fully equipped cottage is available for year-round rentals and is ideal for families of two to six people.  The cottage features interesting furniture and has a games room.

The cottage is large, clean and open-concept style with ceramic tile throughout.  It features a 200 square foot deck and has exceptional views from every room in the cottage. There is also a laundry room available for guests to use.  There is a garage and parking area for six.

At the waterfront, you will find a 40 foot dock and a safe, shallow sand beach.  There is a shed to store all your water toys and accessories. There are two marinas for boat rentals and you can boat into Haliburton for groceries.  Boat to the comedy club and restaurants at the different resorts on the lake system. Lake Kashagawigamog is part of the prestigious five-lake chain which includes Head Lake, Grass Lake, Canning Lake, Soyer’s lake.

The best part about Kash Lake, besides the lake and the cottage is the area. There are great neighbours, each over 100-feet away through trees.  The cottage is on a convenient, year-round road and is surrounded by acres of trees, trails and adventures to spin a lifetime of summer stories and myths. The cottage is close to two wonderful summer villages, Haliburton and Minden and is only a short 3 minute drive to the all the activities in Haliburton.

Pricing

$1,850 per week during the summer.
$1,975 per week from July 16th  to August 20th.
$1,000 to $1,200 per week off season.
$500+ for a Skiers Winter Special for a three night weekend.
$750 refundable security/damage deposit required.
