This Lake Scugog cottage is available for rent all year round and offers special two and three-night snowmobile getaway rates! The snowmobile trails are right at the edge of the property with easy access to E108 and the Ganaraska Forest. Also features one of the most popular ice fishing areas on the lake.

This cottage is located just one hour from Toronto on the Trent-Severn Waterway and is five minutes from downtown Port Perry. Ideally located on a beautifully landscaped waterfront property, it is an all-season home or cottage with four-plus bedrooms, providing plenty of sleeping for ten people. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and a semi-ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub, two bedrooms have a double bed, the 4th bedroom has bunk beds, and there is a futon couch/bed in the den. The cottage has 2000 square feet and is fully equipped with potable (drinkable), filtered, tested water supply, ceiling fans in most rooms, electric baseboard heaters and wood fireplaces.  A large dining table and a barbeque on the huge deck are perfect for entertaining.

There is a poured concrete walkway and 32 foot dock in the Summer. Among the many activities and events available nearby are:

Summer - golfing, casino, marinas, boat rentals, boat cruises, restaurants, go-carting, horseback riding, mini golf, a theatre, hiking, stockcar racing, horse racing, art galleries, canoeing and kayaking, craft markets and country stores.

Winter: snowmobile trails, ski resorts (downhill, cross-country and tubing), ice fishing, dog sled races, motorcycle ice races, casino, restaurants, theatre, hiking, art galleries and country stores.

Waterfront:  75 feet of frontage with a shallow entry on Lake Scugog.

Skiing: Several resorts within 20 minute drive.

Availability:  Year-round.

Check-out:  Saturday at 11 a.m.

Pricing

High Season - $2,000 per week June 2 - Sept 12.
Mid Season - $1,600 per week March 14-21 (March Break), May 16 - June 20 and Sept 12 - Oct 17.
$1,200 per week during low season. $1,500 for Christmas or New Year’s week.
$1,000 for April 9-13 - Easter - 4 nights.
$600 for two nights during low season.
$750 for three nights during low season.
Weekend, and 2-3 night rates also available during mid and high season - rates upon request.
Payment Options:
25% payable upon booking, with the balance payable one month before date booked or 50% payable upon booking, with balance payable upon arrival.  Cash only with weekend bookings.
Refundable security deposit of $500 required
