Red Pine Retreat is located on the south shore of Lake Nipissing, 20 minutes south-west of North Bay off Highway 11. This is truly a four-season property with excellent swimming, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling (adjacent to OFSC Snowmobile Trail) and ice fishing (large ice shack available Jan/Feb/Mar).
This privately owned cottage is situated on 300 acres of land with over 600' of waterfront with total privacy - there are no other cottages in sight. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets followed by a panoramic view of city lights of North Bay ten miles away. It is a natural setting with plenty of deer and wildlife. This well-kept, original 1950's cottage has knotty pine flooring and is approximately 1000 square feet in an open-concept layout. There are patio doors in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom, which open to a 60 foot deck facing the lake side. There is also a large stone fireplace with a wood insert and a new four-piece bathroom.
Outside there is a 35' trailer that sleeps 4, which is available
for rent with the cottage as well as a shower house/bathroom with
laundry. The property can accommodate extra RV's or tents for
groups.
