Stratheid is a historic property built like the Wawa Hotel (Canadian Goose in flight). Decorated in country style mixed with antiques, it has the charm of a quaint bed and breakfast. It is very unique with its pink color and wrap-around veranda. This well kept cottage has a separate dining room with French doors to the porch, a well-appointed kitchen, and a stone fireplace for those snowy winter evenings. There is easy access to Bracebridge or Huntsville and is only two kilometres from Baysville.
This cottage is located close to skiing at Hidden Valley, snowmobile
and cross country trails for your winter enjoyment.
Waterfront: Sandy beach with
shallow entry on Lake of Bays.
