The cottage is located five minutes from either Keswick or Jackson's Point. Both towns have numerous bars and restaurants offering everything from basic meals to fine dining. Local attractions include the Red Barn (Canada's oldest summer theatre), the Briar's Resort, Sibbald Point Provincial Park, numerous golf courses, antique shops, etc. Casino Rama is less than one hour away.

Fishing is great year-round.

Boat rentals nearby or just fish from the end of the dock!

Waterfront:  Grass beach on Lake Simcoe. Private direct waterfront.

For week long rentals: (2 options) 1) check in Monday at 4:00pm to the following Monday at 12:00 noon 2) check in Thurs at 4:00pm to following Thursday at 12:00 noon The rate is $1000.00/wk   For weekends: (1 Option) Check in Thursday at 4:00pm & Check out on Monday at 12:00 noon. It is a minimum 4 day rental at $200.00/night = $800.00.   For long weekends: (1 Option) Check in Thursday at 4:00pm & Check out on Monday at 12:00 noon. It is a minimum 4 day rental at $225.00/night = $900.00.   For weekdays: (1 Option) Check in is Monday at 4:00, Checkout Thursday at 12:00 noon. It is a minimum 3 day rental at $175.00/night = $525.00.
