Privately situated about 200 ft. above the Caribbean Sea, bordering a bird sanctuary, the villa commands magnificent sunsets and panoramic views up and down the west coast over the Castries Harbour and Cul de Sac bay. It is eight minutes by car from the center of Castries and only a short drive from beaches, boating, water sports, tennis, golf, restaurants and entertainment.
Accommodation comprises two en-suite double bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a powder room and a new fully equipped kitchen. Amply furnished throughout, including linens and towels. There is cable TV, a maid is on the premises 4-5 hours daily to assist with cooking, and child care. There is also a gardener who works on the grounds and tends the pool.
A pleasant breeze is present most of the time. The house is fully screened and the private in-ground pool is steps away from the covered wooden deck which wraps around the house offering both shady and sunny areas all day long.
