Walk the granite ledges along the shore, explore the tidal pools, sunbathe on your own private shoreline, and even take a dip in the refreshing Atlantic Ocean!

Nautic Bay - Spectacular views from this brand new oceanfront cottage across the bay from Acadia National Park. Just 2.2 miles from Mount Desert Island and the one of the country’s most beautiful national parks. The cottage sits up on a bluff overlooking the bay, with views of Cadillac and Sargeant Mountains.

Seafarer Ledge - New seaside cottage is available for weekly rental. Hand-built by the owner, Scott Richardson, the cottage has a traditional Atlantic seacoast design. It’s in perfect harmony with the wooded and ocean surroundings while having all the comforts and conveniences of a modern home.

Seabank - Breathtaking views from this brand new oceanfront cottage across the bay from Acadia National Park. Just 2.3 miles from Mount Desert Island and the one of the country’s most beautiful national parks. The cottage rests 10 feet above the shore, overlooking the bay, with views of Cadillac and Sargeant Mountains, and the open ocean.
