Appliances and furnishings:  They all have fireplace, television, barbeque, oven, refrigerator, microwave and some have dishwasher, washer and dryer, private outdoor jacuzzi hot-tub spa.

Chalet Lauzon has a choice of 23 different chalets, cottages or log homes.

Waterfront:  Lakeside on Lauzon Lake with beach access and fenced-in playground for children.
 
Skating: The lake becomes a big skating rink in the winter, with a heated cabin and a toilet.

Skiing:  Two minutes from the ski hill (Mont-Blanc) and 12 minutes from Tremblant.

Golfing: One minute to a golf course and 12 minutes to several others.

Bicycling: There is a direct access to the bicycle track "Le P'tit Train du Nord" (200km)

There is a choice of all of summer and winter activities available within 15 minutes (tubing (tobogganing) 5 minutes and river tubing in the summer).
