A historic stone house known as Richards Castle located an hour from Ottawa and Kingston in the rolling hills of Palmerston Highlands. Nearby is the famous town of Perth, "Ontario's Prettiest Town". This three-bedroom (plus) waterfront home has a large yard with gardens and trees. The waterfront is terrific for swimming, fishing and boating. Walking distance is a village store, KP snowmobile, hiking and bicycle trail, and a music hall. The home is very suitable for families and have a large playground for children.
Pets are welcomed in the attached timber coach house.
Waterfront: Grass, rock, sandy beach with shallow entry. 20 meters from cottage, right in the backyard.
Skiing: Cross country trails are within walking distance.
Availability: Year-round.
Check-in: 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
