Located on four acres of woodland on year-round paved road. On 140' of lakefront. Large deck at water plus floating dock. Stairs to water, canoe included. Large screened porch overlooking water. Large outdoor deck overlooking water. Minden 15 minutes, Haliburton 25 minutes. Half-hour to great golf (Pinestone, Blairhampton, etc.) No Smoking.
Waterfront: Cottage is on Kushog Lake. For swimming, there is a place for shallow water, sandy bottom entry, as well as a place for diving in off the dock.
